Only our Khilafah will avenge RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم as he has a right to be avenged

On 11 September 2012, anti-American marches and protests erupted throughout the Muslim world, from Morocco to Bangladesh, from Egypt to Iraq, to avenge the insult of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم in an American movie, with the Muslims of Yemen proclaiming “Our lives be sacrificed for you O RasulAllah.”
As for the rulers of the Muslim World, who collectively command almost sixty million troops and have the vast resources of this Ummah, what was their response? Caught between two fires, the fire of blind slavery to America and the fire of Muslim anger against American arrogance and brutality, they adopted their usual weak kneed and gutless response.  They abandoned the Muslims as they abandon the Muslims on every vital issue, whether it is securing the deen, the wealth, the lands or the lives of the Muslims.
As for the rulers of Pakistan, even though they command the world's seventh largest armed forces, experienced, brave and armed with nuclear weapons, what was their response? On 12 September 2012, Pakistan’s foreign office spoke weak words when strong deeds were required to heal the hearts of the believers, declaring, “The government of Pakistan strongly condemns the airing of a defamatory video clip in the US maligning the revered and pious and pious personality of Prophet Muhammad PBUH.” And the next day on 13 September, when Kayani summoned the heads of the Pakistan Army in the 153rd Corps Commanders meeting, this matter was not even of the agenda!
O Muslims of Pakistan!
Mercy to all Humankind, Master of all Prophets, said,
"If you have no shame then do what you wish” (Bukhari).
These rulers do not feel what we feel, they do not hold what we hold, they care not for what we care about. Their hearts and minds are one with our enemies, to expect any good from them is self-delusion. They move only to secure the interests of the kuffar and if we were to demand our right, they would only seek to calm our rage so that we do not disturb their masters. They use our resources against us by allying with our enemies day and night but will not lift a finger to avenge our beloved Muhammad It is not the first time that these traitor rulers have horribly neglected their duty when the West, with America at its head, has attacked our noble RasulAllah. It is not the first time either that they have neglected their duty towards protecting other sanctities within Islam, such as the lives of Muslims. Indeed, even now America and the West are behind those who slaughter the women, children and elderly in Syria, just as they are behind the thugs in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is the real meaning of “peace” and “security” for these agent rulers. It is the shedding of Muslim blood in rivers so that the kuffar can establish “security” for their hegemony, with the rulers granting them “peace” by preventing any challenge to their hegemony. Evil are their deeds even though RasulAllah said,
"By the One in Whose Hand my soul lies, the killing of a single believer is greater to Allah on the Day of Judgment than the destruction of the entire world” [An-Nasaa’i].
We will never see our RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم avenged as he deserves to be avenged until we see the return of our Khilafah. Remember that even in the weakest period of our Khilafah the Uthmani Khilafah, it announced war against Britain and France, the major world powers at the time, for similar defamation. Voltaire’s “Mahomet ou le fanatisme?” was staged as a play in Europe, defaming RasulAllah The Khaleefah, Abdul Hameed II, summoned the French ambassador and kept him waiting for hours. He then emerged in full battle dress, drew out his sword from its scabbard and placed it with its point towards the French ambassador as a declaration of war. Then without saying a single word and he sent him away. And when Britain displayed arrogance, he spoke in a language they would understand, threatening them with war by the entire Ummah. Accordingly, Britain and France abandoned their mischief.
We will never see our RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم avenged as he deserves to be avenged until you have a righteous Khaleefah, ruling by Islam, as a commander for the armed forces. Only the Khaleefah will mobilize our armed forces to end all the American bases, consulates and embassies, expel all American intelligence, diplomatic and military officials and close the air and land supply lines to the American crusaders in Afghanistan.
"The Imam is a shield, fighting is under his leadership and protection is by him.”
We will never see our RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم avenged as he deserves to be avenged until we establish this Khilafah. It is upon us all to work with Hizb ut Tahrir and stand with it in its call to the armed forces to depose Kayani, Zardari and the other traitors within the military and political leadership and establish the Khilafah in their place.
O officers of Pakistan's armed forces!
Does it not make your blood boil that Kayani and the other traitors command you to lay your lives to save America's crusade and its occupation of Afghanistan, yet they do not command you to avenge  RasulAllah Is the pledge you took before Allah سبحانه و تعالى to protect us, our deen and our lands, only so that you can be protectors of America and her agents in this country? Know that there would be no need for us to protest and march over the American degradation of our RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم,  were you to respond to our call and end the American Raj by the Khilafah. Know that all that stands between the Ummah and delivering the appropriate blow to American arrogance are handfuls of traitors within the military and political leadership. It is upon you to remove these American slaves within hours and establish the Khilafah in their place by pledging the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir. Only then will you be led into battle by a Khaleefah who will implement Islam and protect it, unify the Muslims from Syria to Indonesia, Iran to Central Asia as the single most resourceful state in the world and raise the word of Allah as the highest.
Hizb ut Tahrir calls for your response for the sake of Allah  سبحانه و تعالىand His Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم, so when will you respond?
“O you who believe! Answer Allah and (His) Messenger when he (the Messenger) calls you to that which will give you life, and know that Allah comes between a person and his heart. And verily to Him you shall (all) be gathered.)” (Surah Al-Anfal 8:24)

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
