Q&A: al-Sham and its Revolution

Question: Assalamu Alaikum , righteous Sheikh Ata of goodness, May Allah grant you victory. A letter to Hizb ut Tahrir, Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu , Maybe it is common that we separate issues and give a specific visualization; accordingly, we lay the idea, extrapolate the reality in a good way, and we see the wise opinion in it on behalf of whom we trust (the pioneer who always says the truth and never lies to his people). Jazak Allahu Khair. But I will delve into the subject directly, and my letter is one question only. When will the Hizb stir the public opinion in the countries and capitals of Muslims supporting the revolution of al-Sham? One may say that reading the events of the revolution, its path, and the stages that it will pass through in the future will be treated according to its proceedings and condition, especially what is going to occur, whether surprises for its sake or plots woven and prepared against it. We must read the reality o

Introduction to an Islamic Constitution for Syria and the Muslim world - Article 11

The following is the translation of an article from the book by  Hizb ut-Tahrir  entitled 'Introduction to the Constitution and the necessary evidences for it' which is the explanation of its draft constitution for the Khilafah state. This draft translation is from the  second edition  published in 2009 which was updated from the original published in 1963.  Numerous brigades in Syria  have agreed to the implementation of this constitution after the removal of the corrupt system that has brutally suppressed the people for decades.  Article 11 Conveying the Islamic Da’wa (call to Islam) is the fundamental task of the State. This article has been drafted because as well as being an obligation upon the Muslims, conveying the Islamic Da’wa is also an obligation upon the State. Although conveying the call to Islam forms a part of the implementation of Shari’ah in the relationships and although it is a Shari’ah rule that the State must implement as the individual Mus

Q&A: Problems in the Chinese Economy

Question: On Wednesday 13th November the Chinese President Xi Jinping said that  "China will step ahead with reforms to solve the economic problems but these reforms require careful planning and cannot be achieved between night and day..."  This was at the conclusion of a meeting held by the Chinese leadership, which lasted four days and ended on 12 November 2013. This meeting was held after several recent explosions took place. On November 6, 2013 an explosion took place at one of the regional headquarters of the Chinese Communist Party – the ruling party in China. This explosion took palce one week after a car crashed into a crowd of people and caught fire in a street close to Tiananmen Square, the great public square in Beijing that is considered the symbolic heart of the Chinese capital. And the Question: We hear that the Chinese economy is at an apex, so what does it mean when the Chinese leadership meets to find solutions to the economic problems? And is there a re

Imran Khan – A New Jockey for America's Horse, Democracy

The desire for real change is stronger than ever before in Pakistan. The people desire the end of the crippling American influence and a return to Islam. More and more people realize that democracy itself is responsible for the American influence and is an obstacle to the return to Islam. A golden chance arises for politicians who would come forward with a strong agenda grounded in Islam. However, politicians who adhere to democracy are never going to change the status quo. They may play to the desires of the people but they will never deliver what they promise through democracy. Thus they offer nothing new or any real change to the corrupt Kayani-Sharif regime. And post-elections, Imran Khan is proving that hope in his party is no hope at all. As a democrat, seeking his way into the current set-up, Imran Khan, like others before him, depends on seasoned democrats who have secured American interests for years. This is why the party of Imran Khan has made room for Sardar Asif Ahm

Q&A: When the Khilafah is first established how will we rule by Islam?

Question: Assalamu Alaikum , how are you our Ameer? We hope that you will always be in best health and wellness, and we ask Allah the Almighty to be with you with what He is satisfied and loves, and strengthen your strides, my question is: An increase of questions are being asked by people these days, that when Allah bless us by establishing the Islamic state, Khilafah according to the method of the Prophet. How will we be able to rule by Islam, and we know that Islam has to be implemented completely from the first days. So what are the decisions and procedures and the practical steps that must be taken immediately after the announcement of the Islamic Khilafah? And what is our role as members in this group in a country situated in the area of the Khilafah? Once declared, by the will of Allah... And  Jazakum Allahu Khairan  for your concerns. Abu Ghazi Al-Zeen from Tripoli Al-Shaam Answer: Wa Alaikum Assalaam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatahu Matters have their own time

SYRIA: "Do not give up and do not be downhearted. You shall be uppermost if you are believers."

وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ "Do not give up and do not be downhearted. You shall be uppermost if you are believers." (Ali-Imran, 3:139) May Allah bless Brother Abdulkader Al Saleh, the leader of Liwa al-Tawhid (Tawhid Bridgade) in Aleppo who was targeted  by a Syrian airstrike a few days ago, in a meeting with the leaders of his brigade at the infantry school in Aleppo's countryside. He was targeted after he recorded for himself an honor, may Allah to accept it from him, when he renounced from the coalition and from Geneva and he rejected the West and its henchmen and refused the influence of the rulers of damage from Qatar, Saudi Arabia and others. We ask Allah the Almighty to elevate his status for this honor to the highest, He (Allah) is close, the Hearer of supplication. This calamity must drive the sincere to close ranks and take caution and to seek achieving their needs in secrecy, especially as the eye

Q&A: The Divine Reason ('Illa) of Alcohol (Khamr) and its Prohibition

"Things are permitted in origin unless there is an evidence of prohibition". Money is a thing, there is no mention of evidence that prohibits it, and therefore, it remains in its original state of being permitted. For example: someone steals money, the ruling on the action of stealing is prohibition and the sin lies with the one who committed the action and all that follows in terms of the punishment. As for the money in terms of money, it remains as its origin which is permitted and must be returned back to its owner. This is the ruling on anything stolen regardless of the fact that it was transferred (from one place to another) or not, the money generally remains permitted regardless of the action connected to it as long as there is no restriction by evidences. There is no issue for the person if the money is taken from him as a gift or present, or nafaqa (money he is obliged to spend) because the prohibited action is not connected to the one who undertook the action onl

In Syria do not repeat the mistakes you made in the past with Iraq

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in the period between 10th and 11th November 2013 visited Iraq to conduct a series of talks there, where he held talks with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Vice President of the Republic Khudair Khuzaie, Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zeebari, Deputy Prime Minister Saleh Mutlaq and Shiite leaders Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani and Moqtada al-Sadr. During the program which he attended, Davutoglu said: "That his visit includes three messages to Iraq: The first is the development of relations as soon as possible without being influenced by events and to maintain them at the highest and widest levels. The second is to conduct the Iraqi elections to be held on April 30th 2014, as soon as possible. For if the restoration of Iraq's intactness was intended through these elections, then this matter would not only be important for Iraq, but for the whole region. The third message is the existence of conditions on the sides of some parties in the regi

Syria: The Traitor's Dialogue with the Murderers Began with a Slap on his Face!

The Traitors of the Coalition Strike with their Hands and Feet and Rush to Partake in the Geneva II Conference to Please their Master America The leader of the Coalition band, Assi Jarba, proved that he seeks to succeed the butcher Bashar in deprecation and treachery; therefore we find him at the margin of the latest fateful meeting in Istanbul last week, in which he announced the Coalition's agreement to participate in Geneva II, smacking Loay al-Muqdad, the Syrian Free Army representative, on the background of their differing on some treacherous issues, with Jarba insisting on incorporating members of the Kurdish National Council into the Coalition. This, and Kamal al-Labwani, a member of the National Council, accused members of the Coalition and its president Ahmad Jarba, of submitting to American dictates pertaining to the question of agreeing to incorporate the Kurdish National Council to the opposing Coalition. And in reality, Jarba and the Coalition and Idrees and his M
