Repercussions of the Attack on the Charlie Hebdo Magazine

Francois Hollande, the French president said in a speech before the annual meeting of French ambassadors and diplomats on Friday, 16/01/2015: "We are not fighting a religion in France, but we are fighting terrorism and hatred." He stressed the commitment of France to "freedom of expression and will never negotiate it." This speech by Hollande comes at the wake of the attack, in which two young Muslims avenged the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and punished the criminals of the Charlie Hebdo Newspaper who insulted the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم.
In 2007, two Muslim groups in France sued Charlie Hebdo for its decision to publish dozens of Danish caricatures (cartoons) representing Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم; but the French courts dismissed the case on the grounds that"the cartoons come under the laws of freedom of expression, and it is not an attack on Islam." Also the Judicial Defense of the Muslims' Association filed a lawsuit in 2012 against the newspaper in Paris for "provocation and the incitement of hatred based on religious affiliation and humiliation." But the unjust laws only include the Catholic religion, three forms of Protestant sects and Judaism and do not include Islam. Sharp, the Director of Charlie Hebdo then said, "We knew previously that the trial will not take place because Islam is not included in the law."
France that claims that it is the country that embodies freedoms and democracy is the same country that banned the chaste and pure women from wearing the veil (headscarf), and it is the same one that prohibits and criminalizes the insulting of Jews in any form, and criminalizes anyone who dares to question what they call the Jewish Holocaust, and it is the same one with the bloody colonial record wherever it settles in its colonies from Algeria to Vietnam. Then it added a year ago another crime in which it confirms its hostility to Islam and Muslims, when it gave the cover to the Christian militias in Central Africa which committed unspeakable crimes against our Muslim brothers in the ugliest forms of murders: beating to death, amputation of limbs, tearing pieces of flesh, burning with fire, mutilation, and eating their flesh meat ... All of this does surprise us, Allah Almighty told us about the enmity of the Kuffar and their fight against Islam and Muslims:
قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ
"Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater"
(Al-i-Imran: 118)
And His saying سبحانه وتعالى:
وَلاَ يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىَ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُواْ
"And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able"
(Al-Baqara: 217)
But for matters to reach the participation of a number of Muslim rulers, including the Prime Minister of Tunisia the Revolution! In the march of solidarity with the criminal cartoonists, it tells us why those Crusaders are emboldened to profess their hostility to Islam and Muslims, and their obstinate persistence on this when the newspaper printed more cartoons in its issue on 14/1/2015. Because they (rulers) secured that there will be no revolt from the Muslims against them, they did not find anyone to account or deter them from their transgression for their support to the Kufr camp in insulting the best of the Prophets.
O Ummah of Islam; the series of calamities perpetrated at the hands of the colonial powers and their agents from the rulers has become very clear to you. They will only stop in the presence of the guided Khilafah State, which will unite the Muslims under the banner of one imam who will manage their affairs, rule them by the Laws of Allah, and lead the masses of Mujahideen to deter the greedy enemies from enslaving our Ummah and desecrating its sanctities. Standing in the face of those Kafir countries is not conducted through individual operations here and there, especially when the Muslim rulers track every protective Muslim of his Deen working to make the word of Allah سبحانه وتعالى the highest, on the orders of their masters in Western capitals, but the true confrontation which ensures the protection of our sanctities and deter the aggressors, is by the establishment of the second guided Khilafah state upon the method of Prophethood. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
«الإمام جنة يقاتل من ورائه ويتقى به»
"The Imam is but a shield whom is fought behind and protected by."
إنًّ اللهَ لا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىْ يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ
"Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves"
(Ar-Ra'd: 11)

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
