The Truces with the Tyrant of Ash-Sham is Legitimizing Him and Prolonging his Term

Press Release

(Translated)
The media published a news story that included an agreement between representatives of the two armies of the Fatah army and a delegation composed of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and the Lebanese Hezbollah through the Iranian-Qatari mediation to remove the inhabitants from Kafria and al-Fo’a in the countryside of Idlib, in exchange for the fighters leaving Zabadani, Madaya and Bloudan in the Syrian countryside and hundreds of detainees held by the Syrian regime.
O Muslims in Ash-Sham the abode of Islam:
Regardless of the details of the agreement, there is no doubt that everyone is now aware of the danger of truces and negotiations that brought to the revolution of Ash-Sham nothing but scourges and destruction; in addition, it gives legitimacy to the killer of women and children and the elderly and prolong his term, and steers the rebels into the maze of the American political solution, which they will not be able to get anything out of, and this explains the many attempts of the United States and its help to Russia to stabilize the cease-fire with the regime in all possible ways and methods, and fuel the fighting between the factions of the revolution to weaken and eliminate them later, and the follower of this agreement will see that it was accompanied by the assertions of Russia to deploy its troops in the area of Afrin under Syrian Kurdish forces in the countryside of Western Aleppo on the pretext of preventing a possible clash between its Kurdish allies and the Turkish forces and the Free Syrian Army, in addition to the statements of the commander of  the Kurdish ‘units of protection of the people’, “Span Ho”, said to Al-Hayat, who did not rule out the movement of the Syrian Democratic Forces in cooperation with factions in the Free Army and tribes, with Russian air support, towards Idlib. Therefore, it is not unlikely that the civilians will be taken out of Kafriya and Fo'a, but the military men will be kept for use in any possible attack on Idlib province, especially with the huge amount of weapons that is thrown by the planes on these areas from time to time and this is known to everyone.
O Muslims in the blessed land of Ash-Sham: You have revolted against the tyrant of Ash-Sham in order to overthrow him and establish the rule of Allah on his ruins and not to leave your homes and areas to inhabit other homes in other areas and this is not due to weakness or disability, but the result of non-serious actions brought the revolution to what it is now, hence it is necessary to work hard to overthrow the tyrant of Ash-Sham who has displaced and continues to displace one area after another under the watchful eye and hearing of the international community, whose conspiring against your revolution is proven. Therefore, any reliance on the international community is considered a political suicide that will destroy everyone. Any truce with the tyrant of Ash-Sham will lead to the abyss, there must be an end to these actions before it is too late; through the hard and sincere work under the sincere political leadership away from the pressures of supporters and their policies, and away from those subjected to them and the subversive who are putting every effort to derail the movement from the track and the desired goal.
Allah (swt) says:
O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered. And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty.” [Al-Anfal: 24-25]

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed?
