So the question of good or evil doesn't come here - as it is within the mubah (permissable) so the disparity and difference will be within the permissable not between good and evil.<BR/><BR/>You should read through Sheikh Hawarey's explanation of Nidham al-Islam, although the translation is not so good - it is still useful.
