بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم The Formation of Civilian-Military Boards: A Project Sponsored by the West in order to contain the revolution, establish a civil state and strike the plans for the Islamic Khilafah (Translated) On Friday 28/9/2012, the Media reported the formation of the so-called "Joint Command of the Military Revolutionary Boards." The Head of the Office of Coordination and Communication, Maher al-Naimi, said in a statement to Al-Jazeerah that the Joint Command aims to build an institutional integrated network from all spectrums of the Syrian people in order to achieve a free civil state. For several months there has been discussion about the formation of a civilian-military leadership in Syria that works from within to lead towards transition. According to the newspaper "Al-Sharq Al-Awsat," published on 08/06/2012, "the idea is based on the formation of a body from within, including 28 independent civilians and 28 military renegade officer
