Reasoning of Shariah rules?

The following are the notes from a circle delivered on this topic. Allah (swt) has made acceptance of the Shariah rules and submission to them a matter of Iman, “But no, by Your Lord, they can have no (real) faith until they make you judge in all disputes between them and find in their souls no resistance against your decisions, but accept them with the fullest submission.” [An-Nisa: 65] We have seen the media attacking the Islamic rule of killing the Murtad (apostate), it is common for them to attack the Shariah rules such as the rules of cutting the hand of the thief, Jihad, marrying up to four wives, etc. We need to respond correctly to such attacks. 1) When responding to the attack of Shariah rules, we should take the offensive and not be defensive For example on this case we can highlight that the countless of number of innocent people that the Western powers have killed and continue killing in the world. Islam prohibits working or cooperating with intelligence agencies that spy on Muslims

The many problems that face humanity today are apparent to all. Globally, humanity faces problems at all levels: political, economic, social, moral, and spiritual. Oppression, killing, fear, hunger, crime, disease are prevalent around the world. One major problem faced by people in general and by Muslims in particular is the actions of intelligence agencies who spy on people, make them live in paranoia, spread doubt and suspicion in society, and violate the private lives of people. As for in the Muslim lands, the intelligence agencies spy on Muslims in order to serve the illegitimate and oppressive rulers forced upon them. They commit all sorts of heinous violations and crimes, and spread terror and fear so as to kill the courage of people and to prevent them from enjoining the good, forbidding the evil, accounting the oppressive rulers, and speaking the truth. This is on top of their imprisoning and harming thousands of people as political prisoners. As for in the West

O Sincere Army Officers! Be the best of those who answered the call! Your brothers are being slaughtered – So rush to help them by establishing the Islamic State Two weeks before the first anniversary of the start of the blessed revolt of Sham we have seen the barbarism of the Syrian regime and the escalation of its daily massacres against the patient believers in Syria; and the fall of approximately 10 000 martyrs, with tens of thousands wounded, detained and displaced across the world under extremely dramatic conditions. After all these developments, the tone of those calling for arming the opposition and the Free Syrian Army has increased. The GCC countries, led by Saudi Arabia and Qatar have called strongly for arming the opposition. Whilst on the other side, Burhan Ghalyoun, the leader of the Syrian National Council, called in a press conference in Paris on 1/3/2012 for “the formation of a military advisory office….to follow up the affairs of the various forces of

The demand of the "Friends of Syria" conference of a "peaceful" change of government giving Bashar an amnesty for his crimes is to disregard the Muslims' blood, their dignity and their deen. On 24/2/2012 representatives of more than 70 countries and international groups met in Tunisia under the title of the "Friends of Syria", headed by the Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Both Russia and China boycotted the conference - clear evidence of their continuous support for the criminal Syrian regime. The conference was attended by the foreign ministers of the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Turkey and Arab countries except Lebanon.
