Q&A: Gaps in Conduct do not Strip a Muslim of his Islamic Aqeedah

Question: Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh May Allah bless you our honorable Sheikh, and grant you victory and reward you with good. Our honorable Sheikh, It came in the book,  The Islamic Personality, Volume I  that there are actions that contradict the Aqeedah that Muslims do, but they do not divest them from the Aqeedah, and it was clarified that the Muslim may inadvertently fail to associate his concepts with his Aqeedah (creed) or he may be ignorant of the contradiction between such concepts and his Aqeedah or his Islamic Shakhsiyya (personality) or Shaytān (Satan) may influence his heart and thus cause him to distance himself from this Aqeedah in one of his acts… So how can he remain a Muslim when he does an action contrary to the Islamic Aqeedah? If a Muslim makes Takfeer (considers him a Kafir) of his Muslim brother, wouldn’t that then make the description befallen one of them, and his enunciation here is Kufr? I know that actions include words or

The Miss Globe Pageant is Commerce at the expense of the Honour of Muslim Women

Following the organizing of the Miss Globe Pageant this year in Tunisia and setting the date of 25/12/2016 to take place in the Qubba Palace in El Menzah and based on the follow-up of the preparations and statements of those overseeing the pageant, we in the Women’s Section of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Tunisia would like to reiterate the following: - This initiative has no connection to our Islamic Ummah and it represents a foreign custom thrust upon our society that aims to consecrate degeneration and decadence. We are saddened by the funding and encouragement of the two sponsors that presented this pageant at a time when women are suffering from life’s innumerable problems. For that reason, it is obligatory upon all sincere people to make sure that they boycott this abnormal initiative. - At a time when the state is arresting anyone who puts forth an invention or scientific study under the charge of immoderation in thinking and instead of organizing a

Open Letter to Pakistan's New Military Command

Asalaamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah! After the recent round of promotions to the levels of Brigadier, Major-General, Lieutenant-General and General, we address you all as the new military command of Pakistan's armed forces, one of the world's most capable fighting forces. No doubt military command is a great duty in our Deen and a source of great reward. Indeed, the Final Messenger to all humankind, RasulAllah (saaw), himself was a military commander, after he (saaw) made Hijrah to Madinah on 12 th Rabiul-Awwal, having previously secured Nussrah (Material Support) from your noble predecessors, the military command of the Ansaar (ra). Thus, RasulAllah (saaw) set the glorious example of military command for you, securing the Muslims from their enemies and raising the word of Allah (swt) as the highest before all of humankind. We put to you that the greatest challenge you face is to end Pakistan's alliance with the United States. Far from being a source of strength by
