New Delhi, the rape capital of India is back in headlines once again for the rape of 3 young children reported by Major Newspapers. On the  11th of October  a Four year old was raped and brutally tortured in a manner that left extensive damages in the child’s intestine and private parts apart from bruises and bites all over the childs body. The doctors say that the child will need a series of surgeries over six months to completely recover. Then on the  16th of October  a 2 and half year old girl was kidnapped and raped and when the toddler was found later in an unconscious state in a nearby part, she was bleeding profusely. The toddler suffered severe damage to her private parts and her bite parts on her body. On the  same day,  a five year old was raped by 3 men and tortured. The Hajj in 2015, 1436 Hijri probably broke all historical records of the number of dead when over 1700 people died in 2 major disasters in Hajj, the first being the Crane Crash into the  Mataaf  (circumblation area) adjacent to the  Kabah  and secondly the stampede at the  Jamarat ( devils stoning ritual). According to  one Saudi Government  source the number of dead was 4173. The  Jamarat  has seen over 7 major stampedes which has resulted in the deaths of hundreds in the past 20 years. Yet the Saudi Administration has not seemed to learn a lesson and come to a proper solution.
