They must have a belief that explains the existence of man, life, and the Universe in terms of origin, destination, and their inter-relationship, as well as a complete system that addresses every aspect of life. Once this system - derived from their belief - is implemented in life, revival is achieved. For a system to exist and to remain of the same nature as the belief it emanated from, to maintain the system, and to shield the system against any foreign ideas and pollution, the legislative sources must be clearly defined.
