Does it apply to the ulema of Usool or the ulema of Hadith, as asserted in some sayings? Non-Muslims in Britain seeks justice from Sharia Courts Up to five per cent of cases heard by the Muslim Arbitration Tribunal (MAT) involve people who do not follow the Islamic faith, it has been estimated.
