They were approved by Parliament. One of them instructs "to dismiss from State service whoever is proved guilty by a court to have carried out any terrorist act, whether directly, or as an instigator, or by intervention, or as a partner, or providing any material or moral assistance to terrorist groups in any way." During the session passing the law, the puppet House of Representatives considered that "this law is required at this stage because of the adverse effects of terrorism on the security of the country and citizens." al-Hafiz Ibn al-Qayyim on  Tazkiyat al-Nufus   *** The noble  faqih , one of the masters of the science of  Hadith  in Sham al-Hafiz Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyya (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote the following: تزكية النفوس مسلم إلى الرسل وإنما بعثهم الله لهذه التزكية وولاهم إياها وجعلها على أيديهم دعوة وتعليما وبيانا وإرشادا لا خلقا ولا إلهاما فهم المبعوثون لعلاج نفوس الأمم قال الله تعالى: {هُوَ الَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي الْأُمِّيِّينَ رَسُولاً مِنْهُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِهِ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَإِنْ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ لَفِي ضَلالٍ مُبِينٍ} [ الجمعة: 2 ] وقال تعالى: {كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولاً مِنْكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ مَا لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلا تَكْفُرُونِ} [ البقرة: 151 ]…  وتزكية النفوس: أصعب من علاج الأبدان وأشد فمن زكى نفسه بالرياضة والمجاهدة والخلوة التي لم يجىء بها الرسل فهو كالمريض الذي يعالج

The following is from the draft translation of  الجامع لأحكام الصيام ‘Al-Jami li Ahkam as-Siyam’ (A complete guide of the rules of fasting) by the Mujtahid,   Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud bin Abdul Latif al-Uweida (may Allah [swt] protect him). It is not known about the Messenger of Allah (saw) that he fasted more in a month outside of Ramadhaan than in Sha’baan. Verily he used to fast virtually the whole of the month so it is recommended on the Muslims to make extra fasts in this month. Here is a selection of Hadeeth that deal with this issue: 1) Umm Salamah (ra) said:  "I have not seen the Messenger of Allah (saw) fast two consecutive months except that he would join Sha’baan with Ramadhaan" . An-Nasaa’i in As-Sunan Al-Kubraa (2496), Abu Daawud, At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Maajah and Ahmad all narrated it. 2) Abu Salamah said: " I asked ‘Aa’isha (ra) about the fasting of the Messenger of Allah (saw)? She said: He use to fast until we would say that he has fasted and wou

The following is an answer to a question from the time of Sheikh Taqiuddin an-Nabhani regarding the following paragraph from the book At-Takkatul Hizbi ( Structuring of a Party ) and some other terminologies used in the book. "The entire world is suitable for the Islamic Da’wah; however, since the people in the  Islamic lands are Muslims, the Da’wah must start there.
