Explanation of At-Takattul al-Hizbi (Party Structuring) - Part 11

Sharh At-Takattul Al-Hizbi  (Explanation of  Party Structuring ) by  Sheikh Mohammad Al-Hawarey  (rh).  This is a translation from Sheikh Hawarey's explanation of the unique book by Sheikh Taqiuddin an-Nabhani.  To access part 10 click  here By making the disbelievers personality the high example for the Muslims and due to the competition between the disbelievers to drain the blood of the Muslims, seeking help from the disbeliever became a natural matter and consequence and indeed it became (in their eyes) and essential indispensable) matter. The French took up aiding the Palestinians in their revolution whilst the English did the same in respect to the Syrians and Lebanese in their revolution and so on. It became a matter of certainty for the politicians that they were unable to achieve any goal or any objective without relying upon the foreigner’s help. It was as seeking help and reliance upon the disbeliever had become a ruling from amongst the

Do you know what this number represents?

Nine hundred and eighty-seven billion and five hundred million Dollars (987500000000). This is the amount that the Arab rulers have spent on arming themselves between 2004 and 2013. If this amount which the rulers have spent on arms was divided amongst the inhabitants of the Arab lands then each individual would obtain 3000 Dollars and so a family of six  for example would receive what amounts to 18,000 Dollars. In these last ten years the Arabs have not launched any wars and they did not liberate Palestine as they claim they intend to. Rather we have seen in these years the participation of these rulers in the division of Sudan in addition assisting in the wars that America launched upon the Ummah in Iraq, Afghanistan and Shaam. The number of victims in these last ten years including those killed, injured and driven from their homes numbers 10 million in the Arabic lands alone. The Zionist attack upon the Iraqi nuclear site took place by passing through the a

Ummah Wasat : The correct understanding

Allah (swt) states in His Kitaab Al-Kareem: وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا لِتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيدًا And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you (Al-Baqarah 143). It is important that some people do not fall into a trap, whether their intentions are good or bad, of taking Western meanings and applying them on Islamic words by twisting their necks and contrived interpretation. "Ummah Wasat" is a word used in the Qur'an by Allah regarding the Islamic Ummah, and hence it is the best Ummah brought forth for mankind. "Ummah Wasat" is an honorable Qur'anic description bestowed by Allah upon His believing slaves through the message of Islam, and made it their duty to inform the world about its message. "Ummah Wasat" is a specific Shar'iee (legal) criterion, upon which the Ummah o

The Da’wah (Invitation) and Power (Quwwah)

Indeed we have sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might (Al-Hadeed 25). Allah Subhaanahu created all creatures and he alone knows what is suitable for them, what benefits them and what establishes their lives upon goodness and guidance. There are from amongst the people the one who is affected by the good word and exhortation, and as a result he chang

Tafseer Surah Al-Baqarah: Verses 104-105

From the Book, Introduction to the Tafseer of the Quran, by the Ameer of Hizb ut-Tahrir, the eminent jurist and statesman, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَقُولُوا رَاعِنَا وَقُولُوا انظُرْنَا وَاسْمَعُوا وَلِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ "O you who believe! Say not (to the Messenger) Ra'ina رَاعِنَا an insult in Hebrew which in Arabic means hear us) but say Unzurna (انظُرْنَا) (make us understand) and hear. And for the disbelievers there is a painful torment. Neither those who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) nor Al-Mushrikeen (the idolaters) like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your Lord. But Allah chooses for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of great bou

"My Lord! Build for me a home with You in Jannah"

رَبّ ابْنِ لِى عِندَكَ بَيْتاً فِى الْجَنَّةِ "My Lord! Build for me a home with You in Jannah" (Surah at-Tahreem 66:11) Allah سبحانه وتعالى alone can incite within the soul the desire for Jannah, propelling His servant to cast his gaze beyond the fleeting pleasures of this life, to the life with no end,in pleasure with no end. Allah سبحانه وتعالى strikes an example that compels any mind to think and the heart to fill with yearning, and eyes to fill with tears, when He says, وَضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلاً لّلَّذِينَ ءامَنُواْ امْرَأَةَ فِرْعَوْنَ إِذْ قَالَتْ رَبّ ابْنِ لِى عِندَكَ بَيْتاً فِى الْجَنَّةِ وَنَجّنِى مِن فِرْعَوْنَ وَعَمَلِهِ وَنَجّنِى مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّـلِمِينَ "And Allah has set forth an example for those who believe: the wife of Fir'awn, when she said: "My Lord! Build for me a home with You in Paradise, and save me from Fir'awn and his work, and save me from the people who are wrongdoers." (Surah at-Tahreem 66:11) O h

Q&A: Was it the Prophet's صلى الله عليه وسلم idea or revelation to migrate to Medina?

Question: Assalamu Alaikum ; I direct a question to our current Ameer, and our future Khaleefah, soon Inshallah. In the book The Islamic State, on the subject of the second pledge of Aqaba and what follows; (the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم "thought") is mentioned in more than one occasion, while the subject is revelation (Wahi) from Allah and not the thinking of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. For instance: He thought of migration, but migration is a revelation (Wahi) from Allah I hope that you can explain what is meant by "thinking" here, Barak Allah feek. From Ayman Alfjjary Answer: Wa Alaikum us Salaam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu Before I directly answer the question regarding the "thinking" of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم about migration, I would like to take you back to the beginning of seeking the support (Nusra) up until the second pledge followed by the migration, so that the answer will be clear by the permission of
