Question: As-Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu I have questions I would like to pose to our honourable scholar, may Allah protect him, and they are both related to the book,  The Islamic Personality  Volume 3. The first question is regarding the subject of “Whatever leads to a Wajib is itself a Wajib” as mentioned in the book:  “As for that which is obligatory is conditional on it, there is no dispute that meeting the condition requirement is not obligatory, but the obligation is what is the evidence proves that it is obligatory; like the obligation of a certain prayer, it is conditional on the existence of purity ….”  And this sentence is understandable but the example is the subject of confusion because purity is not a condition of the prayer’s obligation, but a condition of its performance, and I saw them in some books of Usul representing this phrase with capability in the case for the pilgrimage, and Hawl (one year) for the Nisab of Zakat, and I found these exam

Abdullah Michael Vivash returned to his Lord Allah (swt) on Thursday 3rd September 2015. He lived a life which was extraordinary and inspired many around him with his courage and devotion to Islam. His life will remain and inspiration even after his passing. May Allah (swt) grant him the highest abode in Jannah and forgive his shortcomings and raise him with the pious on the day of Judgement. Question by Houssem Eddine: As-Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu, I would like to ask about the ruling on Q-net company based on the idea of network marketing, with the knowledge that the sales in this company is carried through marketing the products in a network, and the more clients a salesperson gets into the network increases his commission, even if he does not put effort to sell. For example, if the person No. 100 carries out the sale, then the founder of the network receives money, although he has not put in any significant ef
