News: This week the British Prime Minister, Theresa May formally announced March 2017 as the date to commence Britain’s separation from the EU. 1) The  ‘Ilm  of  Usool ul-Fiqh  represents the methodology ( Minhaaj ) that the  Mujtahid  abides by for the purpose of deducing or extracting the  Ahkam   Shari’ah  and so that he does not fall into error in the deduction.
