Ramadhan & moon sighting according to Classical scholars

Qari Abu Khalid al-Hindi has posted his research from the books of the classical and some contemporary in Arabic on:

http://sightingmoon.blogspot.com/

It includes quotes from Maulana Anwar Shah Kashmiri, Sheikh Syed Sabiq, Sheikh Nasir ud-deen al-Albani, Fatawa al-hindiyyah (Alamgiri), Imam Shawkani, Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Qurtubi and Al-Sarkhasi.

They all affirm the view that we must begin Ramadhan and Eid according to the sighting of Muslims anywhere in the world.
