Assad’s regime assassinates uncle of Hizb ut-Tahrir’s spokesman

And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient! Who, when disaster strikes them, say, “Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return.” Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided. [2:155-157]
Inshallah, from the pain and suffering of the loyal and pious people of al-Sham, victory and relief will be born – and from the proud land of al-Sham, whose people portray the finest images of bravery and sacrifice every day, the dawn of Islam will undoubtedly loom.
We offer our condolences to our brother, Engineer Hisham al-Baba – the head of the Media Office for Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilaya of Syria – on the death of his maternal uncle, the martyr, al-Shaheed, Inshallah Rafiq Muhammad Al Hamawi, who was kidnapped from in front of his house in the neighbourhood of Jobar in Damascus, by the treacherous and sinful Assad regime.
He was severely tortured for many long days, after which he was beheaded and his body thrown on the pavement along with five others, by the criminals, the killers from Bashar’s soldiers.
We only say that which pleases our Lord:
Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raajiun – Verily, unto Allah do we belong and, verily, unto Him shall we return.
And may Allah reward you greatly. We ask Allah Almighty that He counts him and his friends from amongst the martyrs and righteous.
We, in the Media Office of the Wilaya of Syria, at the time of this terrible and heinous crime, grasp the hands of our patient people in al-Sham who count their suffering for the sake of Allah, to move forward in the revolution of pride and dignity, until they totally uproot this criminal regime, wherewith not only will the blessed land of al-Sham cleanse itself of this dirt that has marred it for nearly half a century, but the whole Islamic world.
We pledge ourselves to Allah and His Messenger and the Muslims that we will never weaken nor tire, even if we offer convoys of martyrs, one after the other, until we re-establish the state of the Messenger of Allah, which he established in the Medina al-Munawwarah – that was later destroyed in Istanbul (in 1924) by Arab and Turk traitors. And with it we will resume the Islamic way of life under the banner of a rightly guided Khilafah on the model of Prophethood; and we ask Allah Almighty for it to be in al-Sham, soon.
O Allah, accept the martyrs of al-Sham, the martyrs of Islam and give them better than they had. And give us and the Muslims a way out of what we are in, taking us to the State of Truth, which You, O Lord of the Worlds accept for us. Our last du’a is:
Good Pleasure is for the Lord of the worlds.
