By  Abu Anas   Last Thursday, the Guardian reported that the United States has requested from the British government the use of its military bases  in Cyprus, Ascension Island (Atlantic Ocean) and Diego Garcia (Indian Ocean) as part of contingency plan  for a possible strike against Iran.  This announcement came two days after the bombing of a Sudanese factory  through an air strike thought to be led by Israel. The British government said that its attorney general's office considers that such a strike on Iran would be " a clear breach of international law. " [1] Iran, in turn, said that the bombing of the Sudanese facility "runs counter to international regulations."[2] The day after, on Friday, Iranian Brig. Gen. By  Abu Anas Several powerful explosions hit the Sudanese capital in Khartoum last Tuesday night at the Yarmouk arms factory, killing two people. Initially, the Sudanese government denied any external air strike on its capital, but later retracted and accused Israel for being behind this attack. Sudanese Information Minister, Ahmed Belal Osman, told Reuters that “ an analysis of rocket debris and other material on the ground had shown that Israel was behind the attack. ”[1] He said that “ four ‘radar-evading’ aircraft were involved in the attack. ”[2] Several eyewitness accounts reported that an aircraft or a missile flew over the factory prior to the explosion, including an AFP journalist.[3] The Israeli government declined to comment on this accusation. On 9th October 2012, a young girl Malala Yousafzai from Swat was attacked along with two other girls when they were going back to their homes, after attending their school in Swat valley. Immediately, TTP (Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan) claimed responsibility for this attack. After the incident, the Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaque Pervez Kayani reacted to this attack in an unusual manner. Just after the attack, he went straight to visit injured Malala and said, " We refuse to bow before terror. We will fight regardless of the cost." He hurriedly called the meeting of the military leadership, discussed this incident and the need for operations in North Waziristan. Then Kayani met the President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, in order to take him on board as well. Tafsir  Surat  al-Infitar Meccan Chapter No. 82 19 verses Commentary : v.1 : { when the sky is cleft asunder }: the word “ infatarat ” can mean: (1) split apart, torn apart ( inshaqqat ) or (2) to vanish, become abolished. v.2 : { when the stars have fallen }: the word “ intatharat ” – “meaning when they have scattered and collapsed. Imam al-Baydawi writes the following about this verse in his commentary of the Qur’an: [2] { إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤدُّواْ ٱلأَمَـٰنَـٰتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا } خطاب يعم المكلفين والأمانات، وإن نزلت يوم الفتح في عثمان بن طلحة بن عبد الدار لما أغلق باب الكعبة، وأبى أن يدفع المفتاح ليدخل فيها رسول الله وقال: لو علمت أنه رسول الله لم أمنعه فلوى علي كرم الله وجهه يده وأخذه منه وفتح، فدخل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وصلى ركعتين فلما خرج سأله العباس رضي الله عنه أن يعطيه المفتاح ويجمع له السقاية والسدانة. فنزلت فأمره الله أن يرده إليه، فأمر علياً رضي الله عنه أن يرده ويعتذر إليه، وصار ذلك سبباً لإِسلامه ونزل الوحي بأن السدانة في أولاده أبداً  { وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ أَن تَحْكُمُواْ بِٱلْعَدْلِ } أي وأن تحكموا بالإِنصاف والسوية إذا قضيتم بين من ينفذ عليه أمركم، أو يرضى بحكمكم ولأن الحكم وظيفة الولاة قيل الخ
