We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Syria call on the sons of the Islamic Ummah in general and the people of Ash-Sham in particular to adopt these fundamentals, and to call for them, and to work by them. The Fundamentals of the Ash-Sham Revolution Unites Us Three years have passed since the beginning of the blessed revolution of Ash-Sham, and it is still standing strong as the mountains in the face of all plots against it in order to divert it from its path and abort the Islamic project before its birth. Therefore it became vital to lay down fundamentals that are agreed upon by all, to stop the revolution from being overtaken and snatched away, and to protect it from deviation and deception.
