Open Communique In Response To The Declaration Of The OIC Emergency Meeting In Kuala Lumpur - on the issue of the Israeli Attacks on Lebanon and Palestine

Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!’”[TMQ An Nisa:75]
Leaders of the Islamic Ummah,
Assalamu’alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
All Praises be upon Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and may His blessings be upon the Messenger Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam. We are forced to send you this word of truth at this critical time following your shameful declaration and wasted opportunity in Kuala Lumpur. To call you instead, to rise to your duties and to take the solution from Islam, so that your gathering in Kuala Lumpur would not be a waste of any sincere intent nor exhaust energies with the false solutions but instead will drive straight to the correct solution to save our children and mothers in Gaza and Lebanon.
Every drop of their blood is more precious to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala than the whole of the Ka’abah and it’s surroundings and resolve once and for all the issue of the Zionist entity of Israel in our lands.
We are one Ummah. If we were truly one Ummah, is there then a difference between the Ummah of Lebanon and us? The Muslims of Lebanon and Gaza are us and we are they, for truly there is only one Ummah under Islam.
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala informs us,
“Verily, this brotherhood of yours is a single brotherhood, and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore serve Me (and no other)”[TMQ Al Anbiya:92]
Were any of our lands to be invaded and massacres committed against innocent women and children, would we not fight to defend ourselves and liberate our lands? Would be sitting around in pointless conferences calling to the enemy who neither cares nor hears your pleas? It is not sufficient for there to be a gathering merely to express a common regret or horror but if indeed we mean the words of concern that come out of our mouths, then it is incumbent upon us to launch Jihaad as one, altogether upon Israel. This invasion is upon the lands of the Islamic Ummah, the massacres are upon our mothers, sisters and children. This Jihaad in response, must be ours also.
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala has Commanded us to go to their aid,
“And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)? - Men, women, and children, whose cry is: ‘Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!’”[TMQ An Nisa:75]
We call upon you to rise up to the lofty heights as that displayed in the glorious annals of our heroic leaders. Recall how Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam mobilised the Muslims of Madinah in defense of the honour of one women who was assaulted by a Jew. Recall the incident of Khalifah Mu’tasim Billah who hurled the mighty Islamic Army against Rome’s strongest fortification of Amuriah over the incident of one Roman soldier pulling off the khimar of a Muslim woman! Recall the determined and valiant effort of Salahuddin Al Ayubi who vanquished the Crusaders decisively from Al Quds. May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala pour His blessings upon them all.
These exemplary leaders understood their role, and rose to their duty and amaanah that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala had placed upon them. And now in your time and in your midst, we see again the slaughter of infants, children and women in the name of the Zionist state of Israel and the extremist secularist dogma of Bush and Blair.
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala Commands,
“Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of Believers And still the indignation of their hearts. For Allah will turn (in mercy) to whom He will; and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise”[TMQ At Taubah: 14-15]
And He Commands,
"And turn them out from where they have turned you out"[TMQ Al-Baqara: 191]
Although the Mujahideen in the area are fighting to defend Lebanon and Gaza, they are unable to expel Israel from the land and the duty of Jihaad falls upon the nearest Muslims in the area and then the next and then the next until the duty of expelling the invaders is complete. The Command from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala is clear that we are to drive them out from where they have driven us out; not only from the land of Lebanon and Gaza, but from the whole of the pure land of Palestine and beyond from all our lands from Iraq to Afghanistan.

"They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; if they come out to fight you, they will show you their backs, and no help shall they get" [TMQ Al-Imran: 111]
Were we to stand up as one Ummah as we are supposed to be, do you think it possible that the Zionist entity would exist for much longer? Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala has informed us that they would be defeated in a true war.
Oh rulers of the Muslims, do you not yet see that the existing secular world order has brought nothing but calamity upon our Ummah, and misery upon the rest of the world? Do you not see how the Islamic Ummah is being oppressed, and how Islam is being attacked all over the world?
Do you not see how they force us to stand with them ‘shoulder to shoulder’ in all their crimes against the Islamic Ummah? Do you not see that when one of them goes to war against the Islamic Ummah, all of them go to war? Do you not see how they divide us between each other and use us to fight against ourselves!
Do you not see that when they are harmed, they force us and the whole world, to shed tears with them? And when it is our children being cut down in cold blood by the shrapnel of their bombs as in Lebanon and Gaza currently, or Afghanistan and Iraq they play the piano and launch fireworks in their lands, whilst we weep alone?
Are you not able to grasp that were we to stand as one Ummah as has been Commanded by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and His Messenger Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam, we would be able to resolve this matter in ‘seconds’ instead of ‘hours’, in ‘days’ instead of ‘weeks’?
Have you not seen the sardonic double standards and cynical hypocrisy, which they deal the Islamic Ummah?
Do you not see, how Bush and Blair are forcing us to embrace their ‘values’ even though their way of life has no values left after the horrifying crimes they committed against us, from the mass murder of prisoners in Kalo Janghi, to the torture in Bagram airbase and murder, abuse and sacrilege in Abu Gharib and Guantanamo. The cold-blooded murder they commit in the lands of Iraq and Afghanistan are now emulated by their Zionist allies in Lebanon and Gaza.
Oh rulers of the Muslims, hearken to the voice of the Ummah. Their hearts and emotions are from Islam. They are crying out for the Deen of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and are ready to back the sincere leadership and the noble army of Islam who are eager for Jannah and are ready to take Jihaad to the invaders and aggressors in our lands and those who war against Islam.
They are calling out for the reunification of the Islamic Ummah and the reimplementation of Islam. Listen to your people, the Islamic Ummah and turn away from the kuffar and their corrupted way of life.
For you to gather together in Kuala Lumpur merely to surrender the matter back to the kuffar be it through the U.N. or to appeal to the nations that are supplying the weapons and justification for Israel’s crime is forbidden (haraam) in Islam and would be a tragic error and abdication. Allowing foreign troops to control any part of our lands, would be falling into the trap that has been prepared by the enemies of Islam. It would be tantamount to surrender. And how could you surrender when the armies of Islam have not yet launched the Jihaad and the Islamic Ummah are fully behind them?
By Allah! You who claim to be the leaders of Muslims, must embrace Islam completely and answer the kuffar with the single voice and hand of the Islamic Ummah. Leave their rotten and hypocritical way of life to the kuffar. Enough is the destruction, death and misery that they have brought.
We call upon you instead, to embrace Islam fully and implement the Deen that Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam was sent down to convey and fought hard to implement and liberate our lands fully, not merely Lebanon and Palestine, but also all of Iraq and Afghanistan and the rest of the world. Embrace Islam completely and restore the honour, tranquility and security to this Ummah of Muhammad Sallalahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam and Insha’Allah you will find your reward with the Lord of the worlds.
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala has promised us,
“Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion - the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace. They will worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me. If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked.”[TMQ An Nur:55]
Oh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, all Praise be to You, You are our Maulana, grant us victory over the kuffar. Oh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, bear witness that we have delivered the message to them.
