"And you inhabited the dwellings of those who wronged themselves"

وَسَكَنْتُمْ فِي مَسَاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ
"And you inhabited the dwellings of those who wronged themselves"
It is, with no doubt, the same old regime, even if it appeared in a new garment represented by the presidency of the previous defense minister, Marshal Abdul Fattah as-Sisi. They are the same slogans, even if they appeared harsher because of the dilemma that the current regime is suffering from. "War Against Terrorism" is the same slogan that Mubarak used to raise its banner for decades, where he used to repeat during his ruling his call to the world to hold an international conference for the war against "terrorism". Egypt still falls under the American guardianship, as it was before under all the previous regimes.
The visit of John Kerry to Egypt today (22/6) is to stabilize this guardianship after a period of fake tension that deceives naive people, and the security coordination with the Jewish entity is still on, as if the security of Jewish entity is a strategic goal for the new - old regime. Yet, even worst is the unprecedented state of oppression, which has exceeded what the Egyptians used to suffer from decades ago; arrests never cease, and death sentences are numerous with neither deliberateness nor evidence. Nobody has ever preceded them in these harsh sentences; on Saturday 21/6, al-Minyah Court confirmed the death sentences issued against 183 people, who were supporters of the ousted President Mohammad Morsi, among which is the general guide of the Muslim Brotherhood Group, Mohammad Badee'. There is a failed war where the regime is attacking a sticker (Did you Confer Blessing Upon the Prophet); it has scared them and led them to close the mosques and corners, prevent people who are not from al-Azhar to speak on platforms, strongly scold numerous Islamic rulings on satellite channels, which the regime has moved them to attack the history and the civilization of the Ummah, and lots of other things that the new regime has exceeded all tyrants that preceded it.
The current regime might assume, as its predecessor has thought, that this Ummah has died, and it is a doubt that has nothing to do with reality. The truth, that has no doubt, is that this Ummah will not die; it may get sick but will never die, and those eras, where the Ummah were silent towards oppression and oppressors, have passed away, as the chain of fear within the Ummah is broken, and it will be able to defeat all tyrants as it has defeated Bin Ali, Mubarak, Gaddafi, and others. Those are the ones who lived among their dwellings, and they did not learn from those who preceded them but repeat what they did in their lives again in an unprecedented pride and smugness. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:
"Even though you inhabited the houses of those who had wronged themselves and it was made clear to you how We had dealt with them and We gave you many examples?'"
(Ibrahim, 14:45)
That is you have seen and informed about what we have done with the nations before you, but you did not learn from that, and they did not stop their oppression. O Allah how weak and narrow the brains of tyrants are, despite what they think or what the dregs of hypocrites around them make them think that they are honorable and victorious. How can they be in honor and they don't govern by Allah's laws in Khilafah state, as honor and victory are only in this state if they understand.
The Ummah won't accept other than Islam and won't accept other than Khilafah as a regime, and the movement of the Ummah won't stop until it leads to a new dawn under a constitution that is extracted from the book of her Lord and the Sunnah of its Prophet, and not until it gives bay'ah to a pious sincere Khaleefah whom it fights behind and is protected by, and that is not difficult for Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
"when they were rejoicing in what they had been given, We suddenly seized them and at once they were in despair. So the last remnant of the people who did wrong was cut off. Praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds!"

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
