Q&A: al-Sham and its Revolution

Question:
Assalamu Alaikum, righteous Sheikh Ata of goodness, May Allah grant you victory.
A letter to Hizb ut Tahrir,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
Maybe it is common that we separate issues and give a specific visualization; accordingly, we lay the idea, extrapolate the reality in a good way, and we see the wise opinion in it on behalf of whom we trust (the pioneer who always says the truth and never lies to his people). Jazak Allahu Khair.
But I will delve into the subject directly, and my letter is one question only.
When will the Hizb stir the public opinion in the countries and capitals of Muslims supporting the revolution of al-Sham?
One may say that reading the events of the revolution, its path, and the stages that it will pass through in the future will be treated according to its proceedings and condition, especially what is going to occur, whether surprises for its sake or plots woven and prepared against it. We must read the reality of each stage according to the developments and the repercussions of the international situation related to it.
There is no doubt that the pace of the acceleration of events has started to escalate strongly, and the stages of breaking bones is increasing; either this revolution is patient and depend on Allah سبحانه وتعالى, or it weakens under the pressures and the conspiracies forced on it from friends and close people before the main enemy and his tools.
We respond briefly and say that there is no doubt that the revolution of al-Sham is good, blessed, and sincere, but it wasn't pure from the harmfulness of those who climbed on it and from its sons. This is not restricted to the political views such as the National Council or the National Coalition, but it has reached the military formations in the military councils.
It is one of our rights, as Muslims, to ask whom we trust, trust their sincerity and work with the Ummah because you, after Allah سبحانه وتعالى are the hope of the Ummah from its leadership and youth people.
What I have mentioned before as a question, I had one visualization that I have built this question on:
I hope that my talk won't be misunderstood as being dictating, as we always learn from you.
In stirring the capitals of the Muslim world, won't it lead to the mobilization of the Ummah, so that it wakes up and supports its people in al-Sham in all means that she should look for in order to find a way or path for her to that?
Isn't that considered to be a positive output to strengthen the resistance and stability of the people of al-Sham, when they find that the whole Ummah is with them, so their strength increases, they feel support, and their resistance and stability increase upon the truth Insha Allah, especially after this tepidity and discouragement generated by the treacherous coalition and opposition?
Then the uniting of the Ummah so that it proves its existence in front of its enemies, especially the non-Islamic western countries, of which on top is America. Won't this have positive reflections on the revolution internally and then on the whole Ummah regarding its different presences? So we pass to America a strong message that we are a strong Ummah, that we are arising to revive, and that you won't pass on our revolution and reap its fruits as we will stand against you with all what we possess.
My beloved Sheikh, May Allah protect you and take care of you Ata of good deeds, blessings, and revealed victory, if Allah wills, it will be by your efforts. Announce it and say takbeer, I swear by Allah, whom there is no God except Him, that we will be the hand with which you will strike.
If we did good, it is from Allah سبحانه وتعالى; and if we erred, it is from myself and shaytan, and apology to Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

Answer:
Dear brother Abu Alabed Alansary,
Wa Alaikum Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
I have viewed your letter, and it is a dear letter from a dear brother...
As for the issue of ash-Sham and its revolution, as you know that the most area we have published in from the Hizb and its Wilayat is ash -Sham. We did not leave any detail without clarifying it to the highest extent, and we did not suffice with written material only but also with recorded messages...
As to what is happening in ash-Sham that it is not all clean, this is right, and we have clarified this before, as the reality of what is happening there is as follows:
- Few people deceived by the western culture, affected by their ideas and concepts, that say what they say, and call for a civil democratic secular country that separates religion from life...
- Another group, which is greater in number than the above few and heavier in weight... They are Muslims with a coating over their eyes: they love Islam, they want the Khilafah, and they adore the flag of the Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, but they don't declare what they like and want in fear of provocation of the colonial countries, and they don't raise the flag in fear of irritating the national advocates!
- A group that calls for an Islamic ruling, and it has two parts:
One part uses the material actions and calls for an Islamic ruling, but they don't have the full correct awareness about the ideas of Islam and its rulings and about the ongoing facts... etc.
The other part is truthful and sincere, they want the Islamic ruling "Khilafah Rashida" with the same method that the Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم has followed, so they ask for support from its people...
O dear brother, in all of our work, we commit ourselves to the method of the Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and draw the straight line beside the crooked line. We show and urge the right, not only in ash-Sham, but there are acts that we do in other areas, especially in areas that neighbor ash-Sham, and these acts are remarkable by Allah's permission. We ask Him for help and success.
Your Brother,
Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
