Kayani, do you think that seizing Saad Jagranvi will slow the march to Khilafah and your walk to the gallows?

On 26 November 2012, Kayani's thugs seized Saad Jagranvi, member of Hizb ut-Tahrir and head of the Central Contact Committee, shortly before maghrib. A father of six children, Saad called his widowed elderly mother to confirm that he had been taken by agency thugs. Saad Jagranvi is a prominent influential within Lahore from a highly renowned and respected family, the Jagranvis.

Hizb ut-Tahrir wishes to remind Kayani and his masters, the Americans who cower in their frail outpost, their embassy, as they hear news of the continuing march of the Hizb.

1. Your campaign of threats, harrassment, abduction and torture, upto and including martyrdom, has not slowed the Hizb's work, let alone stopped it, in any country and never will inshaaAllah. Seeking to extinguish the light and guidance of Allah SWT Deen is a failed pursuit that your predecessors throughout history, from Firawn to Abu Lahab, learned to regret in this world, before they were seized by the Lord of the World in the next.

"They desire to extinguish the Light of Allah with their mouths, and Allah refuses but to perfect His Light, even though the disbelievers abhor it." [Surah at-Tawba 9: 32]

2. Your use of force has only confirmed that you are devoid of any word of truth against the call of the Hizb, which has exposed the mayhem and destruction caused by the American presence and demands its complete eradication from all Muslim land through the establishment of the Ummah's state, the Khilafah. The entire Muslim Ummah, including its armed forces, wants Islam and sees only loss in your corrupted ideology and so-called civilization.

وَمَنْ يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا فَلَنْ يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الآخِرَةِ مِنْ الْخَاسِرِينَ
“And whosoever seeks a deen other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers.” [Surah Al-Imran 3:85]

3. It has been noted by the aware that your oppression has intensified of late as you see the failure of your project abundantly clear in the form of uprisings for Islam, within whom the call for Khilafah is distinctive and strong. This intensification confirms to the aware that your time, the time of kufr colonialism, its laws, its system and rulers, is at an end and you are merely dancing the dance of the dead. Allah SWT's promise will be fulfilled when He wishes and then it will be clear to the entire world that you were not facing the Hizb or the Ummah but Allah SWT and His Decision, which when it came ripped all of your plans and projects asunder.

وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنقَلَبٍ يَنقَلِبُونَ
"And soon will the oppressors know what change in circumstance their affairs will take" [Surah Al-Sha’raa 26:227]

Such cowards have nothing better to do than support a failing regime which lacks the backing of the people. So they have resorted to abducting sincere Muslims who desire nothing more than the pleasure of Allah (SWT) have they not learnt anything from the rest of the Muslim world? Their time is coming to an end Allah willing and no desperate attempts will stop Allah's plan. Saad's wife.

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

An Examination of the Method to Establish the Islamic State

The following is the translation of an Arabic article. An examination of the Tareeqah (method) There is no conflict or contradiction at all between what the Messenger ﷺ did to establish the State in Al-Madinah and the Hadeeth of the Messenger ﷺ: مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ “Whoever from you sees a Munkar then he should (or must) change it by his hand” (Muslim). This Hadeeth makes it permissible for the Muslim who sees the Munkar (evil or wrong) to use force to change it if he is capable of decisively resolving the matter without negative consequences. If he was not capable by himself to change the Munkar, then he needs to increase by way of others to change it, upon the condition that the change happens in a decisive manner without resulting in a Fitnah: وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ And cooperate upon righteousness and piety (Al-Maa’idah: 2). If the matter would lead to Fitnah greater than the standing Munkar, then not changing it is preponder
