Calls to the people of Al-Kinaanah (Egypt) - Series of Thoughts 3

Allah (swt) said:

And fear the Fitnah that does not specifically afflict those of you who have done Zhulm (wrong) alone. And know that Allah is severe in punishment.(Al-Anfaal).

And He (swt) said:

And whosoever has not ruled by what Allah has revealed then they are the Zhaalimoon (oppressors) (Al-Maa’idah 45).

So whoever has ruled by other than the rules of Islaam is a Zhaalim (oppressor and wrongdoer) as the Qur’aanic text has guided to. The democratic secular republican system is Kufr because the Siyaadah (sovereignty) i.e. the right to legislate and put down a system by which people’s lives are regulated, belongs to the people and not to Allah as Islaam has obligated. This is because the constitution and the laws of the republican system are based on a foundation that opposes Islaam just as they contradict and oppose the rules of Allah. And the one who rules by the republican system and does not rule by that which Allah has revealed is a Faasiq and Zhaalim in the very least as has been explained in the Aayah. This applies to every ruler in the republican system and as such includes As-Sisi the current effective ruler of Egypt who is supported by the colonizer America.

Abu Bakr As-Siddeeq (ra) said:
 <
O You who believe! take care of (and guard) your own selves, no harm can come to you from those who are misguided if you are guided (Al-Maa’idah 105).
And I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying:
“Indeed the people, if they see a Zhaalim (oppressor) and they do take him task then Allah will be about to cover them all with a punishment from him”>> Abu Dawood, At-Tirmidhi and An-Nasaa’iy.

And Hudhaifah (ra) related that the Nabi (saw) said:

<> (At-Tirmidhi).

And Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri (ra) related from the Nabi (saw) that he said:
<> Abu Dawood, At-Tirmidhi.

And Abu Abdullah Taariq Bin Shihaab Al-Bakhaliy Al-Ahmasiy (ra) related:
<
The word of truth said to the tyrant ruler>> An-Nasaa’iy.

And Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood related that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
< He then recited the verse:

Those among the Children of Israel who disbelieved were cursed by the tongue of Dawûd (David) and 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary). that was because they disobeyed (Allah and the Messengers) and were ever transgressing beyond bounds.

They used not to forbid one another from the Munkar which they committed. Vile indeed was what they used to do.

You see many of them taking the disbelievers as their Awliyaa' (protectors and helpers). Evil indeed is that which their ownselves have sent forward before them, for that (reason) Allah's Wrath fell upon them and In torment they will abide.

And had they believed In Allah, and In the Prophet (Muhammad) and In what has been revealed to him, never would they have taken them (the disbelievers) as Auwiaa' (protectors and helpers), but many of them are the Faasiqoon (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
(78-81 Al-Maa’idah).

He (saw) then said:
<> Abu Dawood and At-Tirmidhi.

The above is the wording of the Hadeeth recorded by Abu Dawood and the wording of At-Tirmidhi is as follows: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

<>.

And the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
<> Al-Bukhaari.

O People of Al-Kinaanah (Egypt)! You must order the Ma’roof and you must work for the application of Islaam via the establishment of the Khilafah! And you must forbid the Munkar and forbid the application of Kufr and for the secular democratic republic to remain in place and the participation within it! And you must take hold of the hands of the Zhaalimeen (oppressors and wrongdoers) from amongst the rulers of this republican system and who do not rule by that which Allah (swt) has revealed! And you must make them confirm to the Haqq (truth) and bind them upon it! Or Allah’s (swt) punishment will be about to descend upon you and you will make Du’aa to him but you will not be answered. All of your hearts will then become hardened so that you will not be able to accept the truth and what is good and then you will be cursed by Allah (swt) just like the Banu Isra’eel were cursed.

O People of Al-Kinaanah (Egypt)! Do not support Fustaat (The old Islamic capital of Egypt) upon Kufr and hypocrisy by dividing yourselves upon the basis of the personality of the president of the republic who rules by Kufr and not Islaam. And do not struggle and dispute amongst each other over the democratic legitimacy that is built upon falsehood! And do not fight each other over the disbelieving secular ruling. Rather prevent the oppression of the oppressors and say to them the word of Haqq (truth) and command them with the Ma’roof and forbid them from the Munkar and work for the establishment of the Khilafah! For verily this is your State O Muslims! It is the Islamic State that Allah (swt) has made obligatory upon you, chosen for you and the state that Allah (swt) has promised you. It is the state that the Messenger of Allah (saw) struggled for and suffered in its cause all that he suffered, in order to establish it and bring guidance to you and spread justice amongst you. And it is the system that he (saw) gave you glad tidings of its return when he (saw) said:

Prophethood remaining with you for as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then, He will raise it up whenever He wills to raise it up. Afterwards, there will be a biting rule (Hukm 'Aadd) and it will remain with you for as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then, there will be a reign of tyrannical rule (Hukm Jabri) and it will remain for as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then, Allah will raise it up whenever He wills to raise it up. Then, there will be a Khilafah that follows the guidance of Prophethood. He (saw) was then silent>>. Ahmad.

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider ...

Authenticity of ahadith on tall buildings in Makkah?

Question Are these   ḥadith  sound? Are the references provided correct and accurate? When you see the belly of Makkah will be cleft open and through it will be dug out river-like passages (i.e. tunnels) (or water in the road to Makkah), and you see the buildings surpass its mountains, then take care (or beware, or a variant has: then know that the matter is at hand, or then understand that the time of trial (Judgment day) is near at hand). [Narrated by Al-Azraqi in the Book of reports about Makkah – Kitab Akhbaar Makkah, Hadiyth-1725; A specific Hadiyth (in fact several related-Hadiyths) which prophesizes about this Tower. Itha ra’aitun mecca bu’ijat katha’ima, wa ya-tasawa bunyanuha ru’usa jibaliha, faqad athalati as-Sa’atu. When you see Mecca, its mountain with holes (pierced through them), and its buildings reach its mountain tops, then as-Sa’ah (the Hour) has already cast its shadow. [Suyuti] So when you see in Makkah that channels have already been dug (or tunnels b...

The Shariah rules relating to mixing between the sexes

In Islam, the basic principle of the interaction between men and women is segregation. This means that in all areas of life and in all places whether private or public, contact between men and women is generally prohibited. Many evidences establish the principle of not mixing between the sexes, and there are many ahadith which clarify that this is the case in both public and private areas: Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah said: "The best rows for the men are the first rows and the worst rows for them are the last rows. The best rows for the women are the last rows and the worst for them are the front rows." The last rows are the best for the women because they are farther away from the men as against the first rows that are nearest to men's rows. [This is related by the group except al-Bukhari]  In Abu Dawud, p.284, Hadith No. 4931, it is narrated upon the authority of Aisha (ra) that she said: "I used to play with my friends and whenever the P...
