Calls to the people of Al-Kinaanah (Egypt) - Series of Thoughts 1

O people in Al-Kinaanah, Fustat (the capital of Egypt under Islaam) calls you to leave all disputes and killing between you for the sake of an oppressive Kufr client regime to America. Stand up for Allah and support His Deen by establishing the Khilafah and applying the Shar’a of your Lord. Fustat Al-Imaan is calling you to cast out the Kufr regime and its constitution, laws, legislations and those who support them and instead make the sovereignty to the creator and the Lord of all humankind in the state, society and life on the ground. So that we worship Him and don not associate with Him in anything or anyway in terms of man-made laws. This is what your Imaan has dictated to you.

And supporting the Deen of Allah does not happen by inclining towards an oppressor who does not rule by what Allah (swt) has revealed or an oppressor who is safeguarding the American colonial regime. Rather supporting the Deen is by establishing the Khilafah State and the application of Islaam. And supporting the Muslims including Dr Morsi is by preventing them from the implementation of Kufr once again.
Allah (swt) says:
And incline not to those who do wrong, or the Fire will seize you; and you will have no protectors other than Allah, nor shall you be helped (Al-Hud 113).

O People of Al-Kinaanah, the Aus and the Khazraj used to be fierce enemies who hated each other in the time of Jaahilliyah despite the origin of the tribes being the same. Then Allah guided them, saved them from the fire and made them brothers who loved each other. This was despite the killing and severe animosity that existed between them when they were living in misguidance. They then became the Ansaar (Supporters) of Islaam when they gave the victory and support to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and established the Islamic State. Later the Jews came and tried to create Fitnah between the Ansaar to the point where they were about to fight. The news of this reached the Messenger of Allah (saw) and then came to them and said: <> and he recited to them the Aayah:
Hold fast to the rope of Allah all together, and do not separate. Remember Allah’s blessing to you when you were enemies and He joined your hearts together so that you became brothers by His blessing. You were on the very brink of a pit of the Fire and He rescued you from it. In this way Allah makes His Signs clear to you, so that hopefully you will be guided (Aali ‘Imraan 103).
They then regretted and repented for what had happened and they turned to each other, threw down their weapons and hugged (rah).
And so are you O People of Al-Kinaanah struggling over a rule of Jaahilliyah, the rule of man and Taghoot. This is the secular ruling that Allah has revealed no authority for it whilst Allah has guided you to Islaam, saved you from the fire, commanded you to rule by Islaam and warned you from ruling by the rulings of Kufr and following the disbelievers.
Allah (swt) says:

Judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their whims and desires. And beware of them lest they lure you away from some of what Allah has sent down to you. If they turn their backs, then know that Allah wants to afflict them with some of their wrong actions. Many of mankind are deviators. (50) Do they then seek the judgement of the Time of Ignorance? Who could be better at giving judgement than Allah for people with certainty? (51) O You who believe! Do not take the Jews and Christians as your friends; they are the friends of one another. And any of you who takes them as friends is one of them. Allah does not guide wrongdoing people. (Al-Maa’idah 49-51).

And here we have the corrupt media and news that broadcasts its poison between you to sow the seeds of hatred between you until you are on the verge of killing one another. So repulse their mischievous plans just as the Ansaar repulsed those of the Jews when they were reminded of the word of truth from Allah (swt). They rejected the call to Jaahilliyah, repented to Allah and held fast to the Qur’aan and gathered themselves around it. And here is your Qur’aan that has commanded you to apply Islaam completely and to not turn away from it by applying Kufr and even if only in one single ruling.
O People of Al-Kinaanah Allah has saved you from the fire by guiding you to Imaan so do not return to it by holding firm onto the ruling of Jahilliyah and by killing one another whilst being silent upon the oppressors and the implementation and application of Kufr! So cast out the system of Kufr just as the Ansaar cast it out! And hold fast to the rope of Allah altogether and do not divide, and answer the call of Allah altogether for the application of His Shar’a (Law) and the establishment of your state, the Khilafah State. It is the State of Imaan the State of Islaam so that the victory that is desired in your believing hearts can be brought by your hands and then the Seerah of the Ansaar of yesterday will be repeated by the establishment of the second rightly guided Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood and you will be successful and rewarded with the honour of this life and the pleasures of the next.
O People of Al-Kinaanah, indeed Egypt is the fortress of Islaam and the launching point of the conquests and victories against the enemies of Islaam, the crusaders and the Tartars. It nurtured the Khilafah after its fall in Baghdad and it was the link between the Othmaniyah and Abbasiyah Khilafahs. So strive for it to be today the launch pad for the return of the Khilafah, the launch pad of the march that will liberate Palestine from the abomination of the Jewish usurpers... and do not let it be the launch pad of American inspired change when it wants to move one seat in the place of another!
Hizb ut Tahrir calls you O Muslims to answer the call of Allah (swt) and to not follow anything other than his path:
Say this is my way, I call to Allah upon clear awareness, I and those who follow me. Glorified be Allah and I am not from the Mushrikeen (those who associate with Allah).
And do not seek judgement or rulings from other than the Shar’a of Allah (swt) in every matter that occurs between you:
But no, by your Lord, they can have no Imaan, until they make you (O Muhammad ) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions and accept (them) with full submission (An-Nisaa 65).

And if you were together to resume the Islamic way of life in the land by the establishment of the Khilafah upon the path of the Prophethood and by giving the Bai’ah to a Khaleefah to rule by that which Allah has revealed and so that we can be protected by him and fight behind him.
Abu Hurairah (ra) related that the Nabi (saw) said: <> Al-Bukhaari.

O You who believe! Answer Allah (by obeying Him) and (His) Messenger when He calls you to that which will gives you life, and know that Allah comes in between a person and his heart. And Verily to Him you shall (all) be gathered (Al-Anfaal 24).

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
