Houthis militias arrested
Brother Nashwan Jassar (37 years old) a member of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah
of Yemen, on Saturday, 8/4/2017 following his visit to some of the events and to
the imams of mosques in the capital Sana’a, reminding them of the anniversary
of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the 28th of Rajab
1342 AH corresponding to the 3rd of March 1924 CE; presenting them a
viable Islamic project as a way out to what the country is experiencing in
light of the Anglo-American conflict in Yemen, with its regional and local tools,
which dragged the people of Yemen into disasters of strife, killing,
destruction, famine, disease, a general paralysis of institutions, the stop of
services, non-payment of salaries for seven consecutive months. Br Nashwan
Jassar’s car was monitored by the militias and then they blocked his way before
his arrival to his office, they told him that there was a suit filed against
him from the police station in Baghdad Street and they took him there and then
transferred him to the police station in Athban area. He has not been
released yet.
This comes in light of the
state of emergency that the militias intend to impose after having exhausted
all their means and methods in combating and countering the popular discontent
they are facing, even from the supporters of their ally Ali Salih and his party.
The emergency law repeals the constitution and reinforces the Supreme
Revolutionary Committee to be in charge of the administration of the country,
after Ali Salih and the Houthis have formed their political council and their
government equally, but the dispute is still raging between the allies and appear
to the public in the meetings of the House of Representatives, the media and
the heads of the two parties, in light of the deteriorating conditions and
looting of funds and not paying the salaries and competing for positions and
Ali Salih's attempt to preserve what remains of his power and influence inside
the country. But the Houthis’ greed to seize everything and the monopoly of the
rule prevents him from that as the Houthis fear their ally Ali Salih will
overthrow them.
Facing the word of truth in a
leaflet or discussion with empty rhetoric, arrests, and intimidation of the
Dawah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir is true bankruptcy of these arrogant chaotic
militias, which have failed to manage any of the cities, with iron, fire and
emergency laws, following the way of the tyrants and rulers of darkness. They
have planted fear and strife among the people of Yemen, and looted public
property, and subjected the country to wars to serve the Kaffir colonialist. We
wish if they implemented Islam when they came to power, and ruled by what Allah
(swt) has revealed and fought America, which bombs with its warships and planes
the people of Yemen from the Yemeni coasts, according to their chants and
slogans! Unfortunately the one who is deprived of something cannot offer it,
and how can he realize the impact of his actions while begging and asking for
solutions from the criminal Security Council or Russia and the Western colonial
countries that kill Muslims everywhere!!
We call on them with the
brotherhood of Iman and advise them to return to their senses by adhering to
the rules of Islam and repentance from injustice and following of the oppressors,
and the service of Western schemes, especially the United States’, which seeks
to tear up the country and ignites sectarian and religious strife between the
slaves (of Allah). And we call upon them to release the oppressed detainees and
stop fighting the sincere believers in Allah, we remind them that in the month
of Rajab the people of Yemen entered Islam and remained in the fold of the
state founded by Muhammad (saw) and his pure companions. They should return to
Islam and to ruling by it and the establishment of its state, and to work with
Hizb ut Tahrir, which vowed to do so, and not to be a stumbling block in the path
of Allah like Mustafa Kamal, the criminal, who fought the Khilafah and
abolished it with the support of the British on the 28th of Rajab 1342
AH, after which Muslims became in this state of humiliation and division.
We also call on our people in
Yemen, the people of Iman and wisdom who have taken refuge in Islam and its
state led by Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the month of Rajab, he sent with
them the great companion Mo’az bin Jabal, may Allah be pleased with him as a
judge, and their ancestors were the carriers of the banner of Islam for
humanity. We call them to work in this month to emerge from their miserable
situation, and desperate hardship to establish the righteous Khilafah on the
method of Prophethood, especially that the anniversary of the destruction of
the Khilafah passes by and their situation, and the state of the Ummah is what
they live and see, is that of humiliation, weakness, division, and fighting. The
reality is witness to this, requiring them to work to support Islam and its
workers to bring back their state.
Members of Hizb ut Tahrir in
the Wilayah of Yemen will remain, Allah willing, on the method of their Prophet
(saw), proceeding and working towards achieving their goal of resuming the
Islamic life by establishing the righteous Khilafah on the method of
Prophethood. They do not raise weapons in the face of their Ummah, nor do they
provide them except with good resources, the oppression of the tyrants will not
stop them, nor will the plotting of the evil ones, until Allah (swt) judges between
them and those people, with the truth, Allah is the Best of judges.
