Through Water Talks, Normalization Picks Up Pace The Khilafah will Solve the Water Issue by Destroying the "Greater India" Plan

On 20^th March 2017, Minister of Water and Power, Khawaja Asif said in a press conference that, “Pakistan is happy that India had agreed to resume talks between the Indus waters commissioners …. The US has intervened at the highest level to help both countries resolve this issue. There will be secretary-level talks on the Ratle and Kshhanganga hydro-power projects in Washington on April 11, 12 and 13”. Now, as the pro-American BJP has won elections in key Indian provinces, India is resuming the “normalization” process with Pakistan. Despite apparent hostile relations, it was expected that America's agents in India would resume "normalization," whilst the American agent regime in Pakistan was keenly waiting to play its role in the US plan.

In the last three years, India attacked across Line of Control and Working Boundary, killing dozens of civilians and military and destroying property. The Hindu State has also intensified its oppression of the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir since last July, using pellet guns to blind Kashmiri Muslims. According to the Indian government itself 500 people have been injured by this weapon, most of whom have “multiple structural damage” to their eyes, requiring multiple surgeries and lengthy medical treatment. However, independent reports indicate a much higher number with more than 4,500 injured due to pellet wounds. As if this were not enough, the Hindu State used Afghan soil to conduct criminal activities across Pakistan in order to destabilize her, with the arrest of Kulbhoshan Yadev providing proof of Indian intervention. Yet, despite all of these aggressions, the American agents in the political and military leadership of Pakistan adopted the policy of “restraint,” so that the BJP could exploit her policy of aggression against Pakistan to win elections. And now when the pro-American BJP has achieved major electoral wins, the Trump administration is mobilizing the Bajwa-Nawaz regime to start the process of “normalization” under the guise of Indus water treaty.

For well over a decade, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan has been warning that “normalization” between Pakistan and India is an American plan to secure Indian regional dominance, both to curb China and the Islamic revival. On 14 December 2003, Naveed Butt the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan warned, "The Ummah should hurry to establish the Khilafah State so that the plans of the Hindus and Christian related to "Greater India" are destroyed." And on 17^th February 2017, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan issued a leaflet entitled, “Seeking Trump’s Pleasure, Pakistan’s Rulers Strive for Akhand Bharat (Greater India) and Betrayal of Kashmir”, in which it warned, “O Muslims of Pakistan! Under the banner of "normalization" and "confidence building measures," the traitors in Pakistan's leadership are herding us towards Akhand Bharat (Greater India) and the wholesale betrayal of Occupied Kashmir.”

Pakistan has never gained anything by accepting American dictations and will never do so as colonialists always seek to subjugate, exploit and subdue any nation and the suppression of any state under the name of the alliance with them because the state under their own kills itself! The previous submission of Pakistan to the dictates of the United States to abandon Pakistan claims over three rivers under the Indus water treaty. And following US dictates now is imperiling Pakistan's access to the remaining rivers and making them subservient to the whims of the belligerent Hindu State. The water problem was created because India occupied part of Kashmir and it will only be solved by liberating occupied Kashmir and making it part of Pakistan, as part of the efforts to return the Indian Subcontinent to the rule of Islam, as it was for centuries. And the first step to destroy the "Greater India" plan is for the sincere officers of Pakistan's armed forces to grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir under its Ameer, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood in Pakistan.

﴿فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ﴾

“Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him” [Al-Baqarah: 194]
