Refusal to the Delusive News about Hizb ut Tahrir in the Media

Dogan News Agency published a news on Friday, March 24, on Hizb ut Tahrir, which is based on slanderous and untruthful offenses, "a person who went to Syria to get weapon training, and then returned to his hometown Rize, was arrested by an operation carried out by the Rize Security Office and was arrested by the court". The agency said that the one who was arrested was a member of Hizb ut Tahrir in its news. Medias like Sozcu Newspaper and Russia’s funded Sputnik News have also published the delusive news of Dogan News Agency.
As Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Turkey, we are revealing the truth about this issue to the general public, especially to those who have made and have been part in making the news and to everyone who have published it:
1- We first of all remind the Dogan News Agency, Sozcu Newspaper and the Sputnik News who told that Hizb ut Tahrir is a "terrorist organization" in their news as following; Hizb ut Tahrir is an Islamic political party that refuses using force and violence, and does not accept armed struggle in its method, but only works intellectual and political methods. Even though you are trying to terrorize the party with all your efforts, you will never change the fact that Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party. You will never be able to make people believe the lie about that Hizb ut Tahrir is a "terrorist organization".
2- The person who is said to have been taken into police custody by the security forces is not a member of Hizb ut Tahrir and has no any relations with Hizb ut Tahrir. Since Hizb ut Tahrir is an Islamic party that is working on ideas and politics, it will be never the case that any person will be sent to Syria for military training. So this information is a lie and a delusive information. Your task as a media organ who made the news and published it is to publish a contradiction and to correct this issue.
3- And we say to the ones who asked you to do this delusive news as following: You consider pleasing Russia and America who have killed Muslims in Syria by making these kinds of slander news. You are acting as if every Muslim who goes to Syria as if he is a terrorist simply because to make them satisfied with you. In order to say that you are fighting against terrorism, you arrest innocent and oppressed Muslims and create statistical data to please the West. By this way you are openly supporting the war against Islam of the unbelievers; America, the West and Russia. In that case fear Allah and stop the relations with the crusader Alliance immediately which reminds you that they are always hostile against Muslims.
Once again we declare to the Turkish public and we say; Hizb ut Tahrir is a leader who does not lie to you. Hizb ut Tahrir is a good party which is protecting your Islamic values and affairs. Know those who want to dishonor it, do not bend towards the ones who want to scandalize it, do not believe in the slanders that have been made against him. Hizb ut Tahrir continues to work with all his might for a rightly guided Khalifah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, as a pioneer who leads you, as your guide on your side and the support behind you. Then do not get deceived from the news of liars and slanderers.

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7.
