The disbelieving West, led by America, exploits the Copts and Immigrant Christians to attack Islam and implement its colonial goals

It has been reported that some so-called called immigrant Copts (namely Copts who were under a covenant of protection of Egypt's Muslims and immigrated to America) were amongst those who produced a film about the Prophet - sallallahu alaihi wassalam - peace be upon him - abusing him in it. These associations labeled as ‘immigrant Copts' are suspicious, having close links with U.S. intelligence. America uses them as a pretext for intervening in the affairs of Muslims, for putting pressure on their governments and the public opinion, and for exploiting them for political blackmail and executing plans.
America is using Copts, Christians in general and other so-called minorities in the Muslim world as fuel to create excuses for political intervention, followed by military intervention under the pretext of protection of minorities and prevention of persecution. Copts and others are often deceived by that, and think that the disbelieving West moves because of their religion or their human rights, as they claim. The West is in fact not concerned about them; rather, it only cares for its interests. In the end, once it achieved its objectives, it will abandon them and leave them behind; bringing them only shame, humiliation and bloodshed.

Had the Copts, the Christians and others lived under the protection of a nation other the nation of Islam, it would have not left any of them after its victory over the Europe Christian armies during the Crusades. It is rather a nation that governed by the laws (Shar') of Allah, who addressed them saying:

{قَاتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ }

"Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight against you, and do not transgress. Indeed Allah does not love the transgressors."

So no assault is done against non-Muslim citizens as long as they have submitted to the authority of the State and do not rebel against it. We Muslims do not accept any abuse to any one of the prophets of Allah, peace of Allah be upon them all. Whoever abuses them we consider him a disbeliever in our creed, turning people away from Islam.

The crime of some of those labeled as immigrant Copts, in abusing the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, is a political issue in the first place. It must be addressed by a State that governs by Islam, and applies the law (Shar') of Allah. It should stand firmly in the face of America and the other colonial powers that fight against Islam, embrace those who insult the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, Islam and Muslims, and that exploit them and motivate them to serve their goals. Moreover, America is a belligerent state which is an enemy to Islam and Muslims. So, we should close its embassy, sever treaties with it, and reveal its plans for attacking Islam and Muslims by using dhimmis (non-Muslim citizens). We should warn the dhimmis of America's exploitation of them, and its trial to sow discord and incite the Muslim masses against them leading to dire consequences; thus using their blood to achieve their own interests.

This event has proved again the great need of this nation for the Khilafah that protects its territories, and is keen about its religion and sanctities, and strikes with an iron hand against whoever is tempted to insult its religion. The principal task of the Islamic State, the Khilafah State, is to carry the Islamic call. Its foreign policy must revolve around this task, and its foreign relations should be built on this principle. So, any block that prevents Islam from reaching people's minds, and any obstacles placed in its way through oppression, distortion, fabrication or mockery of Islam: namely its creed, Sharee'ah, concepts, criteria, systems and convictions; this requires of the State to challenge it with all the available legitimate means and styles. It is for that purpose Jihad for the sake of Allah was decreed.

{ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ }
"And those who do wrong will soon know the kind of reversal they will receive."

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
