Answer to Question: Trump's Victory in the US Elections!

Question: There is a question I did not find it a convincing answer to it, which is: How Trump beats Clinton by a wide margin, given that opinion polls prior to the election on 08/11/2016 indicated Clinton was strikingly ahead of Trump? Also, Trump's statements during the election campaign were fiery on all fronts: on Europe, China, Saudi Arabia, and Muslims in general, and even Korea... There was praise in his remarks to Russia and Bashar... Does this mean that American policy will change, especially in Syria? Thank you, and Jazaka Allah Khair. Answer: To become aware of the reality of the answers to the questions above, one must review the following: US election law, contrary to the normal situation, which depends on people's opinions and measuring the number of votes, instead each state has a number of votes in the Electoral College consisting of 538 electors. The candidate who receives the most votes in a state even by 1%, s/he wins all the votes of the state. ...

An Oppressive Rule and a Bewildered Child!

The central court of the Jewish entity sentenced the Palestinian child Ahmad Manasrah (aged 14) to 12 years in prison in additional to imposing a fine of 180,000 Shekels (approximately 47,000 USD). That was after being found guilty of attempting to undertake a stabbing operation on the 12 th of October 2015 in the usurped Pisgat Ze’ev’ neighborhood, alongside his uncle Hasan Manasrah, who was martyred in that attempted stabbing. That was whilst the child, Ahmad Manasrah, was badly injured after the occupation forces ran him over and was then exposed to threats and verbal abuse with horrid cursing after being injured whilst urgent medical attention was not provided to him. Approximately 700 Palestinian children are arrested and interrogated every year and most of them are imprisoned. The Palestinian Centre of Human Rights stated that since the year 2000, more than 9000 children have been arrested by the Jewish occupation forces. The Palestinian Children’s Defense Movement indicated ...

Press Release ﴿ وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَ مُجْرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُوا فِيهَا وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴾ “And thus We have placed within every city the greatest of its criminals to conspire therein. The Abduction of Al-Hajj Abu Maalik in East Ghoutah is a Mark of Disgrace upon His Abductors

On 11/10/2016, last month, Ghoutah witnessed a terrible crime which was extremely cowardly and vile, against the carriers of the Da’wah calling to the implementation of the Shar’a of Allah and remaining form upon the Haqq (truth). This was manifested in the abduction of the thinker and politician Al-Hajj Abu Maalik, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Syria, who had not been dissuaded previously, when he was detained by the tyrant of Shaam before the revolution, from continuing to procced towards his objective of resuming the Islamic way of life to please Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla. However, his perseverance upon the Haqq (truth) and his proclaiming of the word of Haqq disturbed the sleep of his abductors and shook their tyranny, which drove them to perpetrate their crime, believing that through this action, they could extinguish the light of Allah and silence the voice of truth, in an effort to please their masters. The heads of the armed groups who have control over Ghoutah and...

Pakistan’s Liberal System is to Blame for the Country’s Drugs Epidemic which is Destroying the Lives of its Youth

A recent shocking report prepared by a non-government organization (NGO) stated that 44 to 53% of students in elite private schools in Islamabad were addicted to drugs. Students claimed they obtained the intoxicants from fellow pupils, street vendors or even teachers. The average age of those addicted to drugs in these private schools is 12-19, but some as young as 8 have been reported. There is also a significant drugs and alcohol problem in the country’s colleges and universities. Recently newspapers reported that three boys from a renowned university were rushed to hospital due to consuming poisonous alcohol, one of whom sadly died while the other two remained in critical condition. The findings of this report which surveyed 44 institutions was presented to Pakistan’s Senate Standing Committee on Interior and Narcotics. The Government’s Concern for the Livelihood of the People Means Increasing the Prices and Creating Poverty in Sudan

The Finance Ministry, after the assent of the ministerial council, under the leadership of the President Omar Bashir and his attendants, on Thursday evening the 3 rd of Safar AH, issued a decree to raise fuel prices. The price of a litre of benzene reached 6.17 pounds making a gallon would be 27.5 pounds representing an increase greater than 30%. The price of a litre of gasoline reached 4.11 pounds making the price of a gallon 18.5 pounds which is an increase in excess of 32%. The decree was applied practically in the fuel stations on the same Thursday night following the issuing of it at a time when the increase in the wages of workers has increased by 20%, which had been announced has not been received by the workers since three months until now! It has become blatantly clear, that this regime, when it says something, then it does the opposite of that. So peace means war, security means frightening the people, unity means fragmenting the land, being concerned for the livelihood o...

The Democratic System Rules by Other than What Allah Revealed

﴿ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوْقِنُونَ ﴾ “But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith]” [Al-Ma’ida: 50] (Translated) The country is occupied these days with frantic calls for the election of new candidates for the Ummah Council, after the issuance of a decree by the emir to dissolve the previous council and the call for new elections to be held on Saturday, 26/11/ 2016. While people are busy with the details and issues of the local political scene, we would like to draw attention to matters in their proper place : To rule by Allah’s Shariah in all disputes between the people is an obligation. Allah (swt) linked it to belief, He says: ﴿ فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا ﴾ “ But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which ...

Demonetisation of Indian Currency and the Islamic view point towards it

THE REAL REASONS BEHIND DEMONETI S ATION AND THE ISLAMIC VIEWPOINT TOWARDS IT On 8 th November 2016, the Indian Government announced its decision to demonetize 500 & 1000 rupees notes in the country overnight. It was conveyed that people could exchange the old currency notes at various institutions such as public & private sector banks and post offices. And, individuals could deposit up to 2,50,000 INR into their bank accounts with a promised indemnity from tax on that sum. This hasty announcement has led to a visible unrest and a palpable confusion amidst a whole lot of unanswered questions.   To understand the issue better, some aspects of the Indian economy need to be studied. Firstly, in the past few years, Indian public sector banks have accrued a total loss of 2.5 lakh crore INR ($ 37 Billion). This was reportedly lost in loans given out to borrowers who eventually defaulted. In the past 2 years alone, SBI (State bank of India) has incurred a loss of up t...
